Pramila Apparels is one of the small garments industry in Bangladesh. Arround 250 workers work in this garments. Most of the workers are un-skilled. The management of the company tained the worker how can handle the sewing manchine. After completing the three month taining management appoint the worker permanently. The promoter of Pramila apparels are well educated. There are three promoter in this factory. Both of them coming from Chartered Accountancy Profession.
